Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing multi-unit Medspa company.

Position Overview

Skin MD is the leading platform in the medical aesthetic industry, and we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing multi-unit Medspa company as a key contributor on our marketing team. As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for execution of campaigns across the entire patient lifecycle utilizing PESO channels to drive awareness, generate leads, stimulate reviews, and earn referrals.

The person we are looking for will have a range of expertise across paid digital channels, social media, and analytics/reporting, in a B2C environment. Some local travel will be involved because you will be required to work closely with our clinic locations to understand their services and patient personas. You will also be responsible for working with our social media content creator to generate organic social content that matches our brand voice and resonates with our audience. You will also be required to analyze and present the results of paid and organic initiatives. This role is perfect for someone with a digital agency background who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is able to generate C-level reports that showcase campaign performance and wants to take their career to the next level.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
    • Plan, manage, and execute paid social on Facebook and Instagram, optimize performance, and
      report on results.
    • Collaborate on content creation for organic social platforms and report on results.
  • CRM Management
    • Become the Go-To person for our HubSpot CRM – train users and optimize for success.
    • Create dashboards, reports, and automation workflows.
  • Local Marketing Campaigns
    • Assist with developing hyper-local campaigns utilizing a multi-channel approach to support both online and offline brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Assist with promotional efforts like referral programs, loyalty incentives, in-clinic specials, and
      business referrals.
    • Track the ROI of grassroots campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data.
  • Additional Marketing Activities
    • Work with internal and external resources to create compelling content tailored to the local
      audience.
    • Assist with selecting and managing influencers.
    • Assist with initiatives across all PESO channels and the full customer lifecycle.
    • Work with the CMO on developing awareness and lead generation plans and procedures that can be adapted locally to existing and new clinic locations.
    • Prepare reports and surface insights to help guide successful marketing initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned

Specific Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2C digital marketing, preferably in the aesthetics, health, or wellness industry
  • Paid Social experience on Meta including both Facebook and Instagram
  • Expertise with HubSpot
  • Experience utilizing GA4 for analytics and reporting purposes
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing
  • Experience running paid digital campaigns and preparing campaign performance reports
  • Experience with modern MarTech tools
  • Experience with successful paid and organic campaigns on TikTok a plus
  • Experience presenting campaign planning and review decks a plus
  • Certifications in HubSpot CRM a big plus
  • Experience with CRO a big plus
  • SEO/SEM knowledge a big plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Environment

Location: Position will be remote with some local travel required to each of our sites and corporate office as needed. This individual will need to have access to personal transportation.

Compensation: Rewarding compensation packages (base compensation plus bonus structure)

Physical Demands

This individual may sometimes be required to stand, sit, twist, reach with their arms, lift objects, climb, balance, stoop, kneel or crawl. This individual will need to be able to meet vision requirements that include, but are not limited to reading reports, walking through hallways, greeting patients, presenting written materials, and focusing on specific objects.
