Patient Coordinator, Hyannis
Jillian worked in the education field for eight years as a School Guidance Counselor before joining the Skin MD team. Being the oldest of five siblings and a gymnastics coach, she always had a passion for helping people achieve their goals and making them feel great about themselves.
She had been a patient of Skin MD for two years when she decided to get her medical esthetician license. Since the love for helping people reach their goals and feel their best was in her blood, it was only natural that Jillian transitioned into a leadership role of Patient Coordinator.
She started off in our Peabody location for many years, then transitioned to Patient Coordinator for our Hanover location when she relocated to the Cape. Now that she is back in her hometown, she has opened up Skin MD Hyannis and is thrilled to bring the best Med Spa experience to the Cape. She finds it very fulfilling to connect with her patients on a personal level, while establishing their trust and making their visit enjoyable, as well as relaxing and comfortable.
When Jillian is not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
