Dr. Danielle Shanley is board-certified in family medicine. She specializes in integrative medicine and aesthetic medicine.
Originally from upstate New York, Dr. Shanley moved to Boston for her residency at Tufts/Harvard and stayed in the area to practice.
As the medical director of Skin MD, she provides oversight to the Skin MD medical team, including other physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses. A specialist in bio-identical hormone replacement and medical weight loss, she is one of the top prescribers in the New England area.
As an expert aesthetic injector, Dr. Shanley is known for her gentle hand and her ability to listen and then produce customized results that keep her patients happy and confident in their skin. As the Skin MD lead aesthetic trainer, she trains and oversees all the injectors and medical staff. Dr. Shanley performs a wide variety of cosmetic treatments, including injecting neurotoxins and dermal fillers, FaceTite, BodyTite, NeoGen, and hair restoration. She is an expert in minimally invasive procedures and micro cannula techniques.
In her free time, Dr. Shanley enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, fitness classes, and travel.
