POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Manager of the Skin MD chain is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and growth of multiple locations within a designated region. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in the medical spa or healthcare industry, excellent managerial skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple locations within the assigned region.
    • Ensure all locations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and healthcare standards.
    • Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  2. Financial Performance:
    • Help develop and manage budgets for each location, ensuring financial targets are met.
    • Analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
    • Control costs and optimize resource allocation to maximize revenue.
  3. Staff Management and Development:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor Patient Coordinators and staff to maintain high performance standards.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and employee retention.
  4. Customer Service Excellence:
    • Ensure all locations deliver exceptional customer service and meet client expectations.
    • Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
    • Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  5. Marketing and Business Development:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute regional marketing strategies.
    • Identify opportunities for local partnerships, events, and promotions to drive business growth.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  6. Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure all locations adhere to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
    • Implement and monitor protocols for handling medical treatments and procedures.
  7. Reporting and Communication:
    • Provide regular reports on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
    • Facilitate effective communication between locations and corporate headquarters.
    • Participate in regional and corporate meetings, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within the medical spa, healthcare, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple locations and achieving business goals.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in using business software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel regularly to various locations within the region.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily making site visits to all locations, with some office-based days as needed.
  • Fast-paced and dynamic environment requiring adaptability and multitasking.

Department: Sales and Operations

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Locations: Helpful to live in Boston or South of Boston as this role will be covering Boston and South Shore. 

Employment Type: Full-Time

Lucrative Compensation and Comprehensive Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation packages total compensation package up to $160,000 ($100,000 base pay plus performance bonuses).
